CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer cancellations, returns, and exchanges on standard size items.

Made-to-Measure Pieces:
As these are specially crafted for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, in the rare case of a defect or damage, we will gladly assist you.
For any alterations, our team will be happy to help—courier charges will be applicable.

Return & Exchange Window:
Requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
To be accepted, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags intact
• Returned in original packaging

Process:
Replacement items will be dispatched only after the returned product is received and passes a quality check.

REFUNDS

Processing Time:
Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after approval.

Bank Processing:
Once initiated, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Mode of Refund:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
• Cash / Bank Deposit Orders: Processed via bank transfer (details will be requested)
